  • $ Liquidity (non-borrowed cash availability)

  • Developing multiple sites in a market or combination of markets

  • Retail experience in market to be developed

  • Reside in market to be developed

  • Existing infrastructure in place

  • “Best of class” operators

  • Current Franchisees of another brand make the best new Franchisees
